II - Mission Statement
The SNBA exists to play a coordinating role in the support of Southern Baptist Churches to accomplish evangelism, missions, leadership and ministry and to resource pastors and churches in fulfilling their unique mission and ministry.
III - Vision Statement
The churches of the SNBA envision a day in which the Las Vegas area will be known worldwide as a place where grace abounds, lives are redeemed, demonic strongholds are defeated and the name of Jesus is honored in all things sacred and secular.
To make such a condition possible, we see new church plants almost everywhere, healthy/robust churches growing and reproducing, new ministries established to meet the needs of people and leaders being trained and called out to be on mission.
IV - Strategy
A. Be a catalyst to help churches become passionately evangelistic by offering training and consultation based on demographic data designed to reach numerous people groups.
B. Offer customized consulting on a changing set of topics and issues, linking church leaders with the tools they need to meet fresh challenges. This will include the utilization of proven external service providers.
C. Strengthen the bonds between churches in the association for purposes of networking, idea exchange, fellowship and mutual support.
